What is Biopuncture?

Biopuncture is the injection of biologically active substances into specific problem areas of the body. These substances can work to solve a variety of issues. Two examples of natural substances used in biopuncture are Traumeel and Spacupreel, effective in treating inflammations and muscle cramps respectively.

How It Works

Biopuncture stimulates the body’s natural healing processMuscle groups, ligaments, connective tissue and reflex zones are areas of the body where biopuncture is effective. This treatment can be applied to an assortment of bodily issues such as:

Biopuncture, as a form of treatment, has several benefits. Its low dosage of natural substances minimizes chances of an adverse reaction and the diminutive needle size prevents bruising or irritation of the skin at the contact point.

Biopuncture vs Conventional Treatment

Now, this is not to say that one is better than the other: they target different issues. With serious illnesses such as cancer, diabetes, epilepsy or high blood pressure, conventional medicine is still the way to go.

In certain scenarios, biopuncture can provide an effective form of treatment with less adverse side-effects.

How Many Treatments Are Required?

Every individual’s situation is slightly different; however, biopuncture generally requires multiple therapy sessions spread out over several weeks to be completely effective. Occasionally, patients will experience relief after one session, but longer treatment periods are normally required.

Life is too short to spend it in pain. Utilize biopuncture to help keep your body in optimal condition and keep you participating in all the physical activities that you so choose.
